Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Executive Associate to join our expanding International BPO team remotely. The role involves interacting with global prospective clients, driving sales efforts, handling both inbound and outbound communications, and meeting specified sales objectives. Proficiency in English communication and prior success in international voice sales are crucial.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound calls and engage with international prospects to showcase service offerings and successfully close sales deals.
• Manage client inquiries by qualifying leads, maintaining regular follow-ups to convert prospects into active customers.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets set daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with international clients through effective communication.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems, call documentation, and sales pipeline after every interaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 2 years' practical experience in international BPO sales voice process.
• Outstanding spoken and written English skills with excellent clarity and fluency.
