International Voice Process Agent

About the Role

This permanent position is for an International Voice Process Agent specializing in telecom customer billing within a B2C environment. The role involves providing customer service focused on billing inquiries and resolution within an international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer billing queries related to telecom services efficiently.
• Provide clear and courteous customer resolutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• Any graduate or undergraduate applicant can apply.
• Experience criteria vary: minimum of 12 months in customer service within an international BPO for less than 2 years’ total experience; or 18 months for candidates with over 2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities and comprehension.
• Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
• Candidates must be willing to work US shifts due to the international nature of the role.

Additional Information

• Work schedule is 5 days a week.
• Walk-in interviews are conducted at Phase – 3, Hinjewadi, Pune Special Economic Zone, Pune – 411057.
• English proficiency benchmark: Versant 60 / B2 level.

Compensation Details

Monthly salary ranges from INR 29,000 to 41,500 depending on experience:

• 12 months experience: annual CTC approximately INR 397,000.
• 13 to 17 months experience: annual CTC approximately INR 446,000.
• 18+ months experience: annual CTC approximately INR 492,000.
