International Tax Advisory Manager - Technology

Pure Search has partnered exclusively with a leading technology company to recruit an International Tax Advisory Manager to support the business amid a phase of growth. The primary focus will be on providing international tax advisory expertise to navigate complex tax matters and contribute to key commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with diverse internal teams to deliver strategic tax advice during the creation and rollout of new business initiatives while managing routine tax concerns.
• Provide in-depth corporate tax knowledge on significant projects, analyzing tax impacts, identifying risks, and offering actionable solutions aligned with company goals.
• Translate intricate tax laws and technical issues into straightforward, understandable advice to empower non-tax professionals in decision-making.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enforce the organization’s European operating framework and integrate tax considerations into business operations.
• Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and regulations, evaluate their effects on the company, and recommend appropriate strategies to meet emerging tax obligations.
• Liaise with external advisors and tax authorities as necessary to support compliance, engage in technical discussions, and resolve tax issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of ACA, ACCA, CTA qualifications or their equivalent.
• Proven experience in international tax advisory, either within a professional practice environment or in-house.
• Availability to work onsite in London approximately three to four days weekly.
• This position does not offer visa sponsorship.

Additional Information

This role is a full-time position based in Central London, requiring office presence three days per week. The compensation package includes a salary of up to £100,000 plus potential bonuses.
