Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries through chat and other communication mediums, providing timely and accurate information.
• Address and resolve customer issues efficiently via email, phone, and chat platforms.
• Work closely with different internal departments to tackle complex problems and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism while complying with company policies during all customer engagements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience ranging from none up to 5 years in an international BPO or call center setting.
• Proficient English communication skills essential for interacting effectively with a global customer base.
• Willingness to work in rotating shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in alignment with organizational needs.
