Internal Auditor

About the Role

We seek a skilled Internal Auditor to independently evaluate the efficiency of governance, risk management, and internal control systems. This position plays a key role in uncovering areas needing enhancement, fortifying internal procedures, and safeguarding the organization's assets and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the annual plan for internal audits.
• Perform operational, financial, and compliance audits.
• Assess the sufficiency and performance of internal control systems.
• Detect control deficiencies, risks, and prospects to optimize processes.
• Compile and disseminate audit results and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor execution of corrective measures and audit plans.
• Evaluate the efficiency of governance and risk management structures.
• Deliver concise and detailed audit reports to management and the Audit Committee.
• Ensure thorough and precise audit records and documentation.
• Contribute to fraud inquiries and special audit projects as necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Holder of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, or a related discipline.
• Between five and seven years of pertinent internal or external audit experience.
• In-depth understanding of internal controls, risk evaluation, and corporate governance principles.
• Proven expertise in auditing procedures including planning, conduct, documentation, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and report composition abilities.
• Capability to operate autonomously while upholding strong professional ethics.
• Preferred certifications include CIA, CPA, or SOCPA credentials.
