Interior Site Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Fresher Interior Designer to become part of our team in Pune. This role blends interior design responsibilities with site supervision, client relationship management, sales support, and technical drawing preparation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support in crafting interior design concepts and layouts.
• Create 2D AutoCAD drawings and working plans.
• Assist in furniture arrangement, spatial planning, and choosing materials.
• Develop basic presentations, prepare quotations, and design proposals.
• Work closely with senior designers to advance project development.
• Regularly visit project sites to oversee ongoing tasks ensuring compliance with approved designs.
• Coordinate daily with carpenters, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth site operations.
• Take accurate site measurements and document site activities.
• Assess material quality, dimensions, and finishing standards.
• Report site progress and issues promptly to senior management.
• Engage with clients at the showroom or office by understanding their needs and providing clear explanations about furniture, materials, and finishes.
• Follow up with potential leads, assist in preparing quotations, and support order finalization.
• Organize client meetings, site visits, and measurements efficiently.
• Maintain professional communication with all clients ensuring positive relationships.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Fundamental to good proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Basic grasp of interior design principles and space organization.
• Good understanding of furniture types, materials, and finishing details.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional and confident demeanor.
• Flexibility to travel to various project locations within Pune.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficient in Hindi and English; knowledge of Marathi adds advantage.
• Basic familiarity with SketchUp or other 3D modeling software is a plus.

Educational Qualifications

Candidate must hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation
