Job Overview

As the Interior Site Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of interior execution at project locations, ensuring all activities align strictly with approved blueprints, designs, bills of quantities (BOQ), specifications, and quality benchmarks while adhering to project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily interior works on site according to validated drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate and coordinate with vendors, contractors, labor teams, designers, and technical staff to ensure smooth project flow.
• Monitor workmanship quality, materials used, measurements, and progress at the location.
• Compile and maintain comprehensive daily reports detailing site activities.
• Identify challenges or discrepancies in execution and implement effective resolutions.
• Manage site cleanliness and uphold safety protocols.
• Ensure projects conclude on schedule and handovers are completed without defects or snags.
