About the Role
We are seeking an Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage daily operations at interior construction sites. This role involves close coordination with contractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure work aligns with project plans and quality standards, while maintaining proper site management and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities on-site and manage manpower effectively.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and workers to coordinate tasks.
- Verify that work execution follows the approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality of work, materials used, and progress regularly.
- Keep detailed daily reports and updates about site progress.
- Work with the project and design teams regarding site needs.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule.
- Address routine site challenges and maintain site organization.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 to 2 years of experience in site supervision.
- Familiarity with civil and interior execution work.
- Competent in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel to various project locations as needed.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration range for this position is between 12,000 INR and 18,000 INR.
