Interior Project Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking an Interior Project Supervisor responsible for overseeing the execution and supervision of interior fit-out, civil, and construction activities on-site. This role demands ensuring strict adherence to approved plans, quality standards, and safety protocols while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site work execution, coordinating fit-out and civil construction operations according to designs and quality benchmarks.
• Liaise closely with subcontractors, vendors, and skilled labor to facilitate smooth project progress.
• Conduct daily monitoring of site activities and promptly address any emerging issues.
• Lead site meetings and maintain active communication with clients, architects, project managers, and contractors.
• Provide daily site progress updates including photographic evidence, measurements, and checklists.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials are available as scheduled.
• Enforce quality control measures on workmanship and materials used on site.
• Implement safety procedures and ensure all personnel comply with safety norms.
• Perform inspections to confirm compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Record site measurements, validate quantities, and compile work progress documentation.
• Maintain accurate records related to material consumption, labor allocation, and daily logs.
• Support preparation of running account (RA) bills, bills of quantity (BOQs), and certification documents as needed.
• Ensure projects meet timeline requirements, recognize delays or risks, and communicate solutions to project management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Between 1 and 5+ years of professional experience in interior fit-out or civil construction project supervision.
• Proficient understanding of construction drawings, measurements, materials, and execution techniques.
• Ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Capability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously if the need arises.
