Position Summary

The company seeks a qualified Interior Finishing Engineer to oversee all interior finishing tasks on hotel construction sites. This full-time permanent role is based in Mahipalpur and Gurugram. The successful candidate will ensure that finishing works meet quality standards, adhere to timelines, and align with project specifications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise all interior finishing activities including flooring, wall treatments, false ceilings, painting, polishing, joinery, glazing, and decorative elements.
• Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to guarantee smooth project progression.
• Confirm that all finishing works align with approved design drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare and scrutinize Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material requisitions, and work plans.
• Track project timelines and ensure interior finishing stages are completed as scheduled.
• Carry out on-site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Validate contractor billing and measurements.
• Manage procurement and ensure timely arrival of finishing materials.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on project status.
• Address and resolve technical challenges related to interior finishing on-site.

Qualifications and Skills

• A diploma in Interior Designing and Decoration is required.
• Minimum 6 to 10 years of direct experience in hotel construction interior finishing, particularly luxury fit-outs and hotel interiors.
• In-depth understanding of interiors finishing methods specific to hospitality projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings accurately.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity takeoff, and billing verification.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and project reporting tools.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination capabilities.
• Leadership skills with proven team management experience.
