Job Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer with substantial experience in both residential and commercial projects. The role requires proficiency in technical drawing, 3D modeling, and efficient space planning to support comprehensive interior design solutions.
Main Duties
- Produce detailed 2D and working drawings utilizing AutoCAD software.
- Create precise 3D models and photorealistic renderings using tools such as SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, or 3ds Max.
- Design space plans including furniture layouts, ceiling concepts, and electrical schematics.
- Take accurate site measurements and assist in overseeing project implementation.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Develop design presentations including mood boards and formal proposals to convey concepts.
- Deliver projects within set deadlines while upholding high quality standards.
