Interior Designer - Modular Kitchen & Wardrobes

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-focused Interior Designer specializing in modular kitchens and wardrobes. This position involves creating innovative, functional, and visually appealing design solutions tailored to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modular kitchen, wardrobe, and storage setups that align with clients’ needs.
• Develop 2D and 3D designs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
• Engage with clients to gather and understand their requirements, tastes, and budget constraints.
• Prepare layout plans, presentations, and detailed design proposals.
• Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, fittings, and hardware components.
• Collaborate with production teams, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure seamless execution of designs.
• Perform site visits to take measurements and support installation processes.
• Ensure designs are ergonomic, cost-efficient, and feasible in practice.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, KD Max, or equivalent design software.
• Deep understanding of modular kitchen and wardrobe systems.
• Sound knowledge of relevant hardware brands like Hettich and Hafele.
• Strong creativity paired with excellent space planning capabilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage client relations.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience specifically in modular kitchen/wardrobe design.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in site execution and coordination is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Bill of Quantity (BOQ) preparation and cost estimation.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
