About the Role
Join Nabina Building Materials, a premier supplier of building materials and custom interior solutions including kitchens, wardrobes, and doors in Qatar, as a passionate and detail-focused Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer. This full-time position based in Doha calls for creativity and technical ability to transform client needs into functional and visually engaging interiors. Experience across residential, commercial, or retail projects, managing the process from initial concepts to final delivery, is highly valued.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Craft tailored, comprehensive interior design solutions aligned with client specifications.
- Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, and layouts for space optimization.
- Create detailed drawings such as furniture plans, ceiling layouts, electrical schematics, elevations, and sections.
- Choose materials, finishes, lighting fixtures, hardware, and accessories for projects.
- Produce detailed 3D models and lifelike renderings using SketchUp for client presentations.
- Prepare effective presentation materials that clearly convey design intentions.
- Understand technical prerequisites and generate precise shop and production drawings with AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with sales teams to maintain design accuracy and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and inspections, resolving any on-site design challenges.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and site personnel to guarantee smooth project execution as per approved plans.
Candidate Requirements and Skills
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Hold 2 to 3 years of experience specifically in interior design roles.
- Preferably experienced in kitchens, wardrobes, doors, joinery, or fit-out projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape or similar rendering software.
- Skilled in photo editing techniques.
- Comprehensive understanding of materials, finishes, and detailed interior design elements.
- Excellent communication, presentation capabilities, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Currently residing in Qatar; having NOC for transfer is advantageous.
