Role Context

SYSTRA seeks an exceptionally skilled Interface Staff (Technical) compliant with Saudi National requirements to join the team. This role involves close collaboration with the Stakeholder Manager to cultivate robust relationships with industry partners, government bodies, utility providers, and key decision-makers to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate communication with external stakeholders and industry partners to align and advance project goals.
• Assist engagement efforts with governmental authorities, particularly the Ministry of Transport, focusing on transport infrastructure and public transit development.
• Develop and deploy strategies for stakeholder engagement to proactively handle emerging challenges and support successful project results.
• Support community engagement initiatives and enhance project reputation through effective communication and expectation management.
• Produce reports, meeting documentation, presentations, and coordination materials for stakeholders as necessary.
• Contribute to the prompt and professional resolution of stakeholder concerns, conflicts, and project-related issues.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Bring a minimum of 10 years of pertinent work experience, including at least 5 years within rail, metro, transit, or transport infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated history of supporting large-scale projects in rail or public transit fields.
