Role Overview

We seek a Technical Consultant skilled in development, integration, and deeply versed in insurance domain knowledge. This role requires converting insurance business processes into scalable CRM and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop enterprise CRM and digital systems.
• Translate insurance business workflows into technical implementations.
• Utilize Freedom UI, Business Processes, data models, and workflows for solution design.
• Design and implement REST API and OData integrations.
• Develop, debug, and troubleshoot integrations leveraging JSON, XML, OAuth, and webhooks.
• Conduct data mapping, transformation, and validation tasks.
• Integrate enterprise platforms with third-party software effectively.
• Implement custom backend features using C# / .NET as required.
• Employ JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for UI and system customization.
• Work extensively with SQL and relational databases for data analysis and integration validation.
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, go-live processes, and resolve production issues.
• Develop comprehensive technical specifications, integration documents, and solution designs.

Technical Requirements

• Experience in CRM or enterprise application configuration and development.
• Knowledge of Freedom UI and business process design.
• Proficient with REST API and OData 4 protocols.
• Familiarity with JSON and XML data formats.
• Experience with OAuth and API authentication methods.
• Knowledge of webhook integration techniques.
• Competency in C# and .NET framework.
• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript programming.
• Skilled in SQL and relational database management.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman preferred.
• Understanding of middleware platforms and integration architectures.
• Version control experience with Git is advantageous.

Insurance Domain Expertise

• Sound practical knowledge of insurance business processes is essential.
• Understanding of one or more fields: insurance broking, general/commercial insurance, underwriting, policy administration, claims, renewals, endorsements, insurance operations, reinsurance (facultative and treaty).
• Ability to grasp insurance terminology, workflows, data structure, and operational needs.
• Experience collaborating with insurers, brokers, reinsurers, or insurance technology providers is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• A demonstrated 3 to 7 years of experience in CRM, enterprise systems, systems integration, or technology consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with effective client communication skills.
• Capability to rapidly assimilate new technological tools and thrive in consulting environments.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Salary

This position offers an annual salary range of 200000 to 700000 INR.
