Role Overview

The Insurance Specialist will work full-time at the Vijayawada office, providing expert guidance to clients and Mutual Fund Distributors on insurance product selection, policy features, and related processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with insurance partners, handling applications and documentation, assisting with claims queries, maintaining compliance with regulations, and working alongside finance and advisory teams to incorporate insurance solutions into comprehensive financial plans. The role demands proactive customer interaction and accurate record maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong understanding of insurance and brokerage practices.
• Good grasp of finance concepts and financial products.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or similar software.
• Experience in insurance sales, underwriting, or advisory roles is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Vijayawada, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related disciplines is advantageous.
• Knowledge of regulatory and ethical standards within financial services is a plus.
