Instructional Designer

About the Role

Power International Holding is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer specialized in digital learning technologies and multimedia content creation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing e-learning modules and managing learning platforms to enhance educational delivery aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital courses, interactive e-learning modules, videos, and simulations based on sound instructional design and adult learning theories.
• Develop detailed storyboards and visual learning materials that support effective training programs and business objectives.
• Oversee and maintain LMS/LXP platforms by administering content, managing users, generating reports, and analyzing learner data.
• Partner with subject matter experts, HR teams, and business units to design and refine digital learning solutions continuously.
• Stay updated on new digital learning technologies and implement AI-driven enhanced learning tools.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• More than 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years focused on digital learning, instructional design, or learning technologies.
• Strong expert proficiency with digital content authoring tools and learning management or experience platforms.
• Previous work experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region is preferred.

Technical Expertise

• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline and Articulate 360 software.
• Experience using Brainshark for content delivery.
• Knowledge of Adobe Learning Manager.
• Hands-on with SAP Learning or SAP SuccessFactors Learning modules.
• Skills in Degreed, Cornerstone, or 360Learning platforms.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and ScreenFlow for multimedia editing.
• Competent in video and photo editing, visual design, and storyboard development.
• Use of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and GoToTraining for virtual training sessions.
• Administration and analytics experience with LMS/LXP systems.
• Functional understanding of SAP or ERP systems.
