Installation Engineer

About the Role

Role at Rolex Elevators requires a skilled Installation Engineer to oversee elevator installation projects at various site locations in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The role demands ensuring high-quality installation work is performed safely and punctually within project timelines.

Primary Duties

• Oversee and coordinate elevator installation activities on project sites.
• Interpret technical blueprints, layouts, and installation instructions accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with technicians, contractors, client representatives, and site personnel throughout the installation process.
• Adhere strictly to company quality and safety standards during installations.
• Perform inspections to detect technical faults or installation deficiencies.
• Track progress and ensure projects conclude on schedule.
• Liaise with maintenance/service teams when necessary.
• Document installation reports, maintain site logs and other essential records.
• Troubleshoot basic site or technical problems; escalate complex issues to senior management.
• Handle and install elevator components and machinery appropriately.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor of Technology, or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related disciplines.
• Preferably possesses 1 to 3 years' experience in elevator installation, construction, mechanical or electrical projects; fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may also apply.
• Strong foundational knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficient in reading and following technical installation drawings and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and team coordination capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Capable of working independently and managing site responsibilities effectively.

Compensation

Salary is commensurate with experience and industry standards, with an approximate range between 15,000 to 20,000 INR per month.
