Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of intricate components and completed medical devices using various inspection tools and equipment, operating with a high degree of independence and efficiency. Identify and escalate any production concerns to the team Lead.
• Execute functional testing on finished products employing automated and manual valve testing systems.
• Verify quality documentation, including reviewing Device History Records and approving products for internal plant shipment or distribution.
• Manage inventory controls to guarantee correct storage conditions and material movement as needed.
• Carry out general housekeeping tasks in the work area to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Secondary education is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in manufacturing and quality control within a related field.

• Basic proficiency in computer use.
• Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in using appropriate tools with excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable inspection protocols and procedures.
