Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Specialist focused on lead qualification and appointment scheduling, you'll help generate new B2B client relationships, identify sales opportunities, qualify leads, and set meaningful appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential B2B customers by phone to generate new business opportunities and spark interest.
• Identify the appropriate contacts and briefly assess their needs to qualify leads effectively.
• Schedule appointments that facilitate smooth handover to the sales team, focusing on clear and goal-oriented conversations.
• Perform follow-ups diligently, addressing objections and maintaining engagement despite potential setbacks.
• Systematically work through lead lists and accurately log your interactions within the CRM system.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Strong enthusiasm for outbound calling with a focus on achieving clear goals and KPIs.
• Previous relevant experience in telephone sales, appointment setting, lead qualification, or outbound call center operations is preferred or closely related experience.
• Excellent command of German (level C2) in both written and spoken forms, with professional and precise communication suited for business customers and decision-makers.
• Persistence and courtesy in handling objections such as "no interest," with the ability to steer conversations towards actionable next steps like appointments.
• Highly organized and reliable, maintaining structure and accurate documentation when managing multiple calls and data entries in CRM and lead systems.
