Position Overview

The Inside Sales Specialist will serve as the primary contact point for clients keen on overseas education or immigration services. This role entails counseling prospective clients, offering expert consultation, and presenting service options via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings. The objective is to assist clients in making well-informed choices and facilitate their path to becoming Global Indians.

Job Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective clients regarding overseas education and immigration opportunities through multiple communication platforms.
• Provide personalized guidance to help clients comprehend their choices and decide wisely.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and visa regulations to ensure accurate information delivery.
• Formulate bespoke strategies in accordance with client goals and preferences.
• Achieve sales objectives by effectively engaging customers and fostering strong relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, counseling, or customer service roles.

Additional Work Details

• Work location: Bund Garden, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
• Work arrangement: Onsite.
• Working days: Monday through Saturday.
• Shift hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from INR 25,000 to INR 40,000.
