Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated bilingual Inside Sales Representative fluent in both German and English to join our global sales team focusing on the DACH region. This full-time role can be hybrid for candidates near our Cork, Ireland office or fully remote for those farther away. You will hold responsibility for managing the sales pipeline from prospecting through closing, generating revenue while cultivating customer relationships in complex sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Pursue new business opportunities primarily in the DACH region through cold calling and lead generation campaigns via phone and email.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
• Communicate effectively with German and English-speaking clients in both verbal and written forms.
• Schedule consistent weekly sales meetings with potential customers.
• Maintain active Keeper contracts with clients and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Act as a subject matter expert on all Keeper offerings, staying current on updates and enhancements.
• Engage in role-plays and collaborative cold-calling exercises to refine techniques.
• Leverage CRM tools such as Salesforce.com for pipeline management and account tracking.
• Coordinate proposal reviews for new business opportunities and build long-term professional relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years experience in software sales, particularly selling to IT organizations.
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in German and English (native-level verbal and written communication).
• Proven success selling identity and privileged access management software solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and conducting web-based product demonstrations.
• Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complete sales cycles.
• Positive, team-oriented individual with excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven work style.
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, cybersecurity industry experience, knowledge of information security, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
