About the internship
Internship Overview
This internship offers a chance to develop your inside sales skills by helping customers open Demat accounts with Angel One. You will engage potential clients, explain the benefits and procedures of account opening, and assist throughout the application process to ensure smooth onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to prospective customers for Demat accounts.
- Communicate the account features and onboarding steps effectively to prospects.
- Generate leads using personal networks, referrals, and other channels.
- Follow up with interested individuals and guide them during account setup.
- Ensure accuracy and completion of applications and KYC documentation.
- Monitor progress of account openings until they become active and tradeable.
- Maintain regular communication with the reporting team providing status updates.
- Meet assigned account-opening targets within the internship timeframe.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers.
- Submit consistent reports on leads, applications, and successful account activations.
Applicant Eligibility
- Must be able to work remotely from home.
- Availability to commence between 10th September 2026 and 15th October 2026.
- Commitment to the full one-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant communication skills and interest in financial services.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 2,000 to 10,000, which includes:
- Fixed monthly pay between INR 1,000 and 5,000.
- Additional incentives from INR 1,000 to 5,000 per month.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate personal schedules.
- Certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful internship conclusion.
