Internship Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and explain ViralChilly's digital marketing services.
- Follow up consistently through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to nurture leads.
- Keep lead and client data updated using CRM software or Excel sheets.
- Arrange meetings and collaborate seamlessly with the Business Development team.
- Assist in generating leads through various online and offline strategies.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
- Maintain persistent follow-ups to convert potential clients.
- Prepare basic sales reports and provide daily updates on activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Confidence and ease in telephonic interactions with clients.
- Basic understanding of sales concepts and digital marketing is advantageous.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
- A positive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets fundamentals.
- Fresh graduates or beginners are encouraged to apply.

Stipend and Duration
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 and runs for a period of 4 months. Candidates should be available full-time on-site and ready to start immediately between September 24, 2026, and October 29, 2026.
