Position Overview
Globiva is seeking motivated candidates for the role of Inside Sales Executive based in Gurugram. This opportunity welcomes both freshers and experienced individuals who possess strong English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in sales activities and upsell products to prospective customers.
- Achieve sales targets through effective cold calling techniques.
- Generate new leads to boost overall sales performance.
- Comfortably handle sales related to insurance products.
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate or graduate candidates are eligible to apply.
- Open to both fresh talent and experienced professionals.
- Proficiency in English communication is a must.
Compensation
- For freshers, the cost to company (CTC) is ₹25,000 with an approximate in-hand salary of ₹20,900 per month.
- Experienced candidates will receive a CTC of ₹28,000 and an estimated in-hand salary of ₹23,400 monthly.
