About the Role
Join NoBroker.com, a prominent PropTech unicorn in India, as an Inside Sales Executive or Customer Support Executive. This is a work-from-home opportunity available across India, ideal for freshers and candidates with up to three years of experience. The role offers a competitive salary along with incentives and allowances.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads.
- Engage with potential customers through consistent follow-ups.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Close sales deals and meet defined targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education: 10th pass, 12th pass, Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Possession of a laptop with webcam, reliable internet connection, and backup power supply.
- Ability to work six days a week, with a weekday off.
- Language proficiency combinations required: English with Hindi and either Kannada, Telugu or Tamil, or English combined with Tamil.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly in-hand salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹14,000.
- An additional internet allowance of ₹2,000 monthly.
