About the Role

Clinogenesis Research Institute, located in Jayanagar 3rd Block, Bangalore, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join their onsite team. This full-time position focuses on engaging with prospective customers and guiding them through the admission process by promoting courses and services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Assess and comprehend customer needs to recommend appropriate courses.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested candidates to foster engagement.
• Convert qualified leads into student admissions, meeting monthly sales goals.
• Keep accurate records of communications, conversions, and follow-up actions.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and deliver effective support.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth completion of admission procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess any Bachelor's degree.
• Experience ranging from none up to two years in sales or telecalling is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication abilities are invited to apply.
• Proficient communication skills in English are essential.
• Knowledge of Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu is an advantage.
• A comfort level with working towards sales targets.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Access to a personal laptop and an Android smartphone is necessary.
