Role Overview

The Injection Moulding Plant Operator is responsible for managing daily operations of injection moulding machines that produce PP containers. This includes setting up and operating the equipment, making necessary adjustments for optimal performance, continuously monitoring production quality, and carrying out routine inspections to reduce equipment downtime. The role requires coordination with quality control teams, reporting and addressing minor mechanical faults, and ensuring a clean and orderly workplace. The operator must adhere strictly to safety protocols, follow production schedules, and comply with standard operating procedures, working closely with supervisors and plant personnel. This is a full-time position based at the company's facility in Nagpur.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and managing production workflows within a manufacturing plant.
• Experience in handling injection moulding machinery, along with basic machine maintenance skills.
• Competence in quality control processes, including visual inspection consistent with food-grade packaging standards.
• Capability to safely operate forklifts and manage materials in an industrial environment.
• Previous experience in plastic injection moulding or a related manufacturing field is preferred.
• Ability to comprehend technical instructions, follow safety guidelines diligently, and operate under shift schedules.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and dependability in fulfilling production goals are essential.
• Minimum education of high school or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical or industrial trades is considered an advantage.
