Job Overview
We seek a seasoned Injection Moulding Operator and Setup Technician skilled in running and configuring injection moulding equipment with capacities from 130 to 300 tons. The role demands practical proficiency in mould installation, machine configuration, and fine-tuning process parameters to ensure seamless, high-quality production output.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate injection moulding machines, ensuring all mechanical parameters align with production requirements.
- Perform precise mould loading and alignment to maintain operational efficiency.
- Adjust process variables to optimize product quality and throughput.
- Troubleshoot mechanical or process issues that arise during operation to minimize downtime.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven hands-on expertise with injection moulding machines, particularly those manufactured by ENGEL FANUC and Milacron.
- Ability to maintain consistent production standards and manage troubleshooting effectively.
