Role Overview

The Information Security Analyst is instrumental in delivering the Information Security Vulnerability Management services within the Digital Security Threat Management team. The primary focus is managing the vulnerability management program, including overseeing internal and external scanning processes, monitoring vulnerabilities, and reporting findings.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee vulnerability detection, classification, and initiate appropriate investigative follow-ups.
• Analyze and report on information security vulnerabilities in both infrastructure and application environments.
• Contribute to the Information Security Program through Enterprise Vulnerability Management, risk reporting, and security initiatives.
• Conduct research on vulnerabilities and threats, preparing technical and management reports.
• Identify opportunities to automate or enhance existing vulnerability management processes aligned with the Digital Enterprise model.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A university degree or certification in Information Security or Computer Technology is beneficial.
• Intermediate experience in IT or Information Security, particularly in vulnerability management or core security technologies.
• Solid understanding of Internet, networking, and computing concepts, including hardware and software.
• Familiarity with Information Security principles, protocols, practices, and industry standards.
• Awareness of current and emerging Information Security technologies.
• Broad knowledge of IT, especially in architecture, with generalist skills.
• Experience using ServiceNow modules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Professional security certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA) are advantageous but not mandatory.
