Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Data Manager for a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing the collection, validation, and management of human-annotated datasets to ensure data accuracy and suitability for AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update datasets annotated by humans used for training and assessing AI models.
• Conduct thorough reviews and validate labels to guarantee uniformity and high quality within datasets.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to determine data needs and resolve inconsistencies in annotations.
• Create comprehensive documentation covering methods for data collection, guidelines for labeling, and procedures for quality assurance.
• Track the performance of data pipelines and introduce enhancements to boost operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in data annotation, quality control, or validation is essential.
• Familiarity with data labeling tools such as Label Studio or Prodigy is advantageous.
• Competence with spreadsheets, databases, or data management systems is necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to adhere to structured protocols for processing data.
• Excellent written communication skills to effectively document standards and methodologies.
