Influencer Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Executive to manage comprehensive influencer campaigns from initial sourcing through performance analysis at our office located in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. This role is set within the beauty, personal care, and direct-to-consumer industries and requires a minimum of one year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit beauty influencers ranging from nano to macro levels across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Amazon, while building a detailed database of these creators.
• Execute influencer campaigns including briefing, negotiating barter and paid collaborations, coordinating product shipments, and ensuring the timely delivery and approval of content.
• Work closely with the content team to incorporate product USPs, appropriate hashtags, and engaging hooks into influencer content, securing alignment with the brand's voice and scheduled launch dates.
• Monitor campaign metrics such as link clicks, coupon code usage, views, engagement, and conversions; maintain comprehensive records of monthly influencer ROI and expenditure versus sales performance.
• Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with high-performing influencers, aiming to transform them into brand ambassadors.

Requirements

• At least one year of practical experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency or directly with a beauty, personal care, or D2C brand.
• Proficient use of platforms such as Instagram and YouTube, with familiarity in influencer marketing tools like Wizzy and Qoruz considered advantageous.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities.
• An established network of beauty influencers will be viewed as a significant advantage.

Additional Information

• Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad office (work from office).
• Work schedule: 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday), 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Monthly compensation range: INR 25,000 to 30,000.
