Job description
Role Overview
Join Center Parcs UK & Ireland at Longford Forest as an Indoor Activities Assistant Manager, where you'll help guests enjoy a variety of fun, fitness, and creative experiences. You will support the Indoor Activities Manager to ensure indoor activities operate smoothly, maintain guest satisfaction, and uphold high standards across operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily management of indoor activities to provide excellent guest experiences.
- Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of equipment and facilities to high standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage your team to optimize their performance.
- Promote positive wellbeing and morale by fostering a strong and supportive leadership environment.
Work Schedule
- Full-time, fully flexible contract.
- Guaranteed minimum of 150 contracted hours every 4 weeks, with additional hours as needed based on operational demands.
- Working hours include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Premium pay rates apply for Sunday shifts.
