Job description
Position Overview
This role involves comprehensive management of incentive and premium payments within Nissan's sales channels, including overseeing approval processes, maintaining the Incentive Management System (IMS), coordinating with external agencies, and ensuring the accuracy and feasibility of sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle premium payment processing and manage dealer claims through evaluation and approval.
- Manage the Incentive Management System and serve as primary contact for Nissan Europe regarding system modifications.
- Supervise and verify the performance of an external agency responsible for claim management, including managing communications via phone, hotline, and email.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns by setting up and monitoring promotional activities within the IMS for various distribution channels.
- Evaluate incentive campaign packages for feasibility and accuracy and document them according to the Local DOA process.
- Review and ensure correct system implementation of sales promotions in the SMIT system when adjustments occur.
- Prepare monthly sales program and special promotion financial closures, including necessary provisions and collaborate with Finance and Controlling teams to analyze variances against forecasts.
- Coordinate data delivery from relevant departments and the Nissan Bank.
- Lead coordination and preparation for the JSOX audit for Germany and manage dealer audits related to incentives.
- Supervise the audit agency, maintain current review guidelines, regularly report audit results, and ensure correct rebate recoveries.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification with initial professional experience.
- Strong affinity for numbers and enthusiasm for finance and controlling tasks.
- Business-oriented mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including macros) and Access.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience or knowledge of the IMS system is desirable.
- Proficiency in English.
