Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Overview and Role Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will actively address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly via phone or email channels. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information, resolving issues, and troubleshooting effectively. You'll be expected to communicate clearly to understand customer needs and collaborate efficiently with internal teams such as Sales, Technical Support, and Operations to provide cohesive service. Feedback and suggestions garnered from customers should be shared with relevant departments for ongoing improvements.

Remote Work Requirements

To perform effectively from a remote setting, maintain a dedicated and distraction-free workspace equipped with a stable internet connection, a computer with 6-8GB RAM, reliable power backup, and all necessary software tools required for daily operations.

Candidate Qualifications and Work Details

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass
• Preferably prior experience in customer service or related domains
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and calmness under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as video conferencing platforms

Work Timings and Location

The role requires working in rotational shifts totaling 9 hours daily. One work-from-office day per week is mandatory. Employees receive one day off weekly on a rotating schedule. The company's head office is located at Fitway Enclave, DN Block 12, DN Block, Sector-5, Kolkata - 91.

Compensation

The monthly salary offered is up to INR 16,000 net.

Interview Schedule

Interviews are conducted daily between 10 AM and 7 PM.
