About the Role

Woodrock Infotech Private Limited is seeking a proficient Human Resources Manager located in Lucknow to oversee and streamline various HR initiatives throughout the company. This position involves handling recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation processes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with employees to nurture a positive work atmosphere and ensure alignment with the company’s mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
• Leverage diverse recruiting channels including job boards and social media to identify potential candidates.
• Evaluate applicants by screening resumes and conducting both telephonic and face-to-face interviews; provide well-informed hiring recommendations to management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to guarantee a favorable hiring experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and draft clear, precise job descriptions.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills coupled with effective time management.
• Demonstrated success in creating and deploying strategic solutions to enhance recruitment processes.
• Ability to devise innovative and creative responses to complex HR challenges.

Additional Information

• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Fixed weekly day off: Sunday.
• Salary range: Up to 30,000 INR per month.
• Work location: 8th Floor, opposite Bank of Baroda, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010.
