Job Overview
We are urgently looking to hire Inbound Customer Service Advisors for a voice-based customer support process operating from home on a contractual basis. This role involves handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service in both English and Hindi.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education requirement is completion of 12th grade.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is mandatory for clear communication.
- Required equipment includes a computer with Intel i3/i5 or Ryzen 3/5 processor or higher, at least 8 GB of RAM, and Windows 11 operating system.
- Stable internet connection with broadband speed of minimum 30 Mbps is essential.
Work Details
- Work mode: Contractual and work-from-home.
- Rotational shifts including night hours are expected.
- Shift timing is 9 hours per day with a 1-hour break.
- Employees will work 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly in-hand salary of ₹11,500.
- Total cost to company (CTC) is ₹16,000 monthly.
- Additional quarterly fixed bonus of ₹3,000.
