About the Role

We are seeking an Inbound Account Manager to join our team and develop a fulfilling career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all inbound inquiries from the designated account portfolio, promptly responding to quote requests while focusing on increasing revenue and expanding product lines in each quote.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of assigned accounts to drive growth in both revenue and profitability, identify key opportunities, and relay these insights to relevant specialist teams.
  • Recognize inefficiencies within customer processes and collaborate with Sales Operations to enhance workflows for improved ease of business.
  • Maintain strategic professional relationships through email and telephone communication with assigned accounts.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee the implementation of bill and hold agreements within the account base.
  • Work collaboratively with Outbound Sales Account Managers and other business specialists to maximize identified opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales Support, Finance, and Customer Services teams to resolve issues and optimize operations.
  • Provide cover for Internal Sales Account Managers during absences or holidays.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and sales tools to better serve customers.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in sales or high-volume administrative/customer service roles.
  • Interest or knowledge in IT or technology is advantageous.
  • Proactive approach to account management and business growth.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and talent for relationship building.
  • Adaptability to changing situations with professionalism and confidence.
  • Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Collaborative team player who celebrates shared successes.
  • Eagerness to learn continuously and enhance industry-related knowledge.
