Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and uphold premier visual merchandising practices that showcase products prominently and captivate customer interest.
• Create engaging narratives and style key outfits to communicate the brand’s story effectively.
• Maintain clear sightlines and optimal fixture arrangements to enhance customer navigation and maximize sales potential.
• Execute trade promotions, visual refreshes, and in-store activations collaboratively with teams.
• Tailor visual merchandising approaches to local store requirements while preserving brand integrity.
• Partner with Store Managers to strategize visual initiatives and optimize impact.
• Coach and build capabilities within store teams regarding visual merchandising principles and standards.
• Utilize customer insights and data to strategically position highlight products and improve merchandising decisions.
