Role Overview
As Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to cultivate a constructive, motivating team culture that develops future leaders and drives outstanding performance. Your responsibilities will include embedding excellent customer service standards, steering business growth via strategic operational management, and utilizing your commercial insight to identify trade opportunities and enhance both the shopping experience and store profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager to nurture a development-focused team atmosphere that inspires and engages employees.
- Drive customer service excellence and operational efficiency to increase store performance.
- Analyze business trends and implement solutions to optimize store results and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling and wage management to meet productivity and budget targets effectively.
- Promote the Cotton On Group Foundation initiatives and motivate the team to contribute to impactful global projects.
