Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your Store Manager to cultivate a culture focused on development, motivation, and leadership growth among team members.
- Champion exceptional customer service standards while advancing store performance through strong leadership and operational efficiency.
- Utilize a commercial mindset to identify business opportunities, improve customer experience, and boost store results.
- Assist in managing store schedules and payroll to meet productivity and wage budget targets.
- Promote the Cotton On Group Foundation initiatives, inspiring the team to contribute to impactful global projects.
