Role Overview

This remote full-time position as Immigration Consultant with RS Agropecuária involves guiding and supporting clients and internal teams through immigration processes. Responsibilities encompass managing visa and work authorization applications from start to finish, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on immigration options and manage the preparation and review of necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with legal advisors and relevant government bodies to track application status and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal policies reflecting regulatory changes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues regarding processes, requirements, and outcomes.
• Support global mobility initiatives and assist in process enhancements.
• Generate regular status reports for management review.

Qualifications and Skills

• Deep knowledge of immigration issues and global immigration regulations with the skill to interpret and apply them correctly.
• Practical experience handling visa processes including application creation, documentation auditing, and case tracking.
• Basic understanding of immigration-related law and employer compliance obligations.
• Consultative capability to evaluate client needs and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to simplify complex immigration requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple cases and deadlines concurrently.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, collaborating efficiently across teams and different time zones.
• Experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or international workforce mobility is advantageous.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with common office software and case management systems; fluency in additional languages is a bonus.
