It is set to launch India’s inaugural AI-enabled advanced Semiconductor Foundry focusing on manufacturing chips used in power management ICs, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCUs), and high-performance computing logic. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analyses of intricate project and operational schedules to discover optimization opportunities.
- Utilize critical path method (CPM) and network analysis to enhance project timelines.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks, constraints, and inefficiencies.
- Lead efforts in schedule optimization through what-if scenarios and simulation techniques.
- Engage in capacity planning and work on strategies to increase throughput.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to improve processes and reduce delays.
- Develop advanced models, dashboards, and insight tools primarily using Excel.
- Provide data-driven insights to assist in decision-making related to scheduling.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience specializing in construction or project scheduling, focusing on planning and analysis.
- Expertise in CPM, network logic, and optimizing schedules.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities including pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, and scenario analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing complex interdependent schedules.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling large industrial or plant project scheduling.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Python, and VBA.
- Understanding of process optimization and industrial engineering principles.
