Role Overview
We have an opening for a skilled SAP Technical Security Lead to join our Global SAP Centre of Excellence based in Naas. This role entails managing SAP security, access governance, compliance, and cybersecurity activities to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our SAP platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SAP security operations and access governance.
- Lead SAP GRC governance activities.
- Oversee SecurityBridge platform management.
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance controls.
- Provide security leadership for projects and transformation programs.
- Handle risk management and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Manage service providers and vendor relationships.
- Foster strong leadership and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead and develop the SAP Security team with performance and KPI oversight.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Extensive SAP Security experience with proven leadership in SAP Security teams or managed services.
- Preferred relevant SAP Security certifications.
- Expertise in SAP Security authorizations, role design and engineering.
- Proficient in SAP GRC Access Control, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Emergency Access Management (EAM), Firefighter Administration, user access reviews, and audit compliance.
- Experience supporting sizeable global SAP environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA security.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP Identity and Access Management.
- Familiarity with SAP SecurityBridge.
- Experience with RISE with SAP solutions and SAP Fiori security.
- Expertise with SAP Identity Management tools (IDM/IAS/IPS).
- Cloud security experience in Azure, AWS, or SAP Cloud environments.
