Role Overview
Fresha seeks an outstanding Business Development Manager to drive growth in its global business. Reporting to the Business Development Team Lead and collaborating closely with the Commercial team, you will focus entirely on generating new business in your assigned region. Your responsibilities encompass the full sales cycle from outreach and prospecting to deal closure, primarily through multi-channel outbound communication and product demonstrations to showcase Fresha's benefits.
This role demands an autonomous and motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and desires to make a tangible impact.
To promote collaboration and teamwork, all Fresha employees work onsite at their dog-friendly Sydney office, located at Level 2, 364 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000, five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Achievement of sales targets (KPIs) consistently
- Initiating contact with decision-makers via phone, email, and social outreach, including occasional in-person meetings to secure new business
- Delivering product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current partners
- Managing all stages of the sales process from initial prospecting to closing deals
- Conducting cost-benefit and needs assessments with partners to align solutions with their objectives
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure a smooth partner experience
- Monitoring and providing feedback on industry trends
- Responding promptly to all qualified inbound leads and documenting interactions in CRM
- Acting as the primary contact for partners regarding commercial activities
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of one year proven success in B2B sales
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly advantageous
- Strong aptitude for initiating new relationships and fostering existing ones
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities and manage time efficiently
- Curious and committed to continuous personal and professional development

Interview Process
- Initial screening via a 30-minute video call with the APAC Talent Team
- Second interview focused on skills and experience: 30-minute video or in-person discussion with the Business Development Team Lead
- Final stage: 60-minute in-person presentation to the BD Team Lead and GM APAC
