Hygiene Operative

Role Overview

As a Hygiene Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and maintenance across production zones, machinery, and factory floors. Your role involves following scheduled cleaning plans to preserve hygiene standards necessary for ongoing production activities.

Key Duties

• Perform daily and weekly cleaning routines in production areas and equipment.
• Execute physical cleaning tasks, including deep cleans and shutdown cleaning procedures, supported by provided training.
• Carry out industrial and elevated cleaning duties based on your experience and training.
• Maintain accurate hygiene-related records and compliance documentation.
• Adhere to strict production timelines and safe work protocols.
• Uphold housekeeping standards and implement continuous "clean as you go" practices during shifts.
• Engage collaboratively with colleagues to meet hygiene objectives and embody company values.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in hygiene or industrial cleaning is preferable.
• Exposure to FMCG or food manufacturing sectors is an asset.
• Physically capable of handling the demands of a practical cleaning role.
• Dependable, diligent, and committed to performing assigned duties thoroughly.
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical work ethic.
• Good communication abilities and team-oriented mindset.
• Confident to work autonomously when necessary.
