Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician proficient in maintaining and servicing water-cooled chillers, air handling units (AHUs), cooling towers, and chiller plants. The position offers a salary range between 200,000 to 275,000 INR per year and requires hands-on experience with HVAC equipment to ensure efficient system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled maintenance procedures on various HVAC components such as chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, and chiller plants.
- Perform systematic inspections to detect faults or issues before they escalate.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems employing strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate closely with other operational teams to guarantee seamless building services, especially during peak usage or emergency situations.
- Keep precise documentation of maintenance work, including repairs and materials utilized.
Candidate Qualifications
- Possess 1 to 2 years of professional experience in HVAC maintenance or a closely related discipline; vocational ITI certification or diploma is required, with preference for B.Tech graduates.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, specifically chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, and chiller plants.
- Expertise in handling various HVAC equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Physical capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds routinely during working hours.
