Job description
Overview
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Electricians based in Ernakulam to undertake essential electrical upkeep tasks. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and a strong grasp of low-voltage systems.
Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance, repairs, and installation tasks on low-voltage electrical systems, including switchgear panels, transformers, AC/DC motors, and lighting systems.
- Carry out regular inspections to detect and address potential electrical issues proactively.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently utilizing technical expertise.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure seamless facilities management operations.
- Accurately document maintenance activities, testing outcomes, and repair histories.
Candidate Profile
- Professional experience of 2-3 years in low-voltage electrical works or a similar domain.
- Certification in ITI Electrical is mandatory; candidates with a B.Tech degree in Computer Science are also preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical principles, applicable codes, and safety standards.
- Ability to interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics with precision.
