Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to become part of our team, responsible for the installation, upkeep, and repair of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring efficient operation and client satisfaction.

Key Duties

• Install, assess, and fix HVAC systems adhering to industry guidelines.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks such as coil cleaning, electrical connection inspection, and part lubrication.
• Identify system issues and perform necessary repairs or component replacements promptly.
• Test system functionality and make adjustments as required.
• Keep detailed service documentation and follow safety procedures strictly.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Continuously update knowledge of current HVAC technologies and trends.
• Cooperate with fellow technicians and team members to promote operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience as an HVAC technician, preferably within facility management or service environments.
• Current valid certification or license for HVAC work.
• Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, components, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting methods.
• Knowledgeable about safety regulations, industry standards, and relevant HVAC codes.
• Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Competent in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints.
• Physically capable of managing tools and equipment across diverse settings.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
