HVAC Projects and Installation Manager

About the Role

International Human Resources Company (iHR) is recruiting on behalf of a client for the role of HVAC Projects & Installation Projects & Operations Manager based in Riyadh and Jeddah. This position involves leading and managing HVAC projects and ensuring operational excellence, quality adherence, and profitability while supervising engineering and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of HVAC projects from initiation through final completion and handover.
• Create, implement, and monitor project schedules and execution strategies.
• Lead multiple engineering and technical teams working on various projects.
• Examine technical drawings, project documents, and manage change requests effectively.
• Track project progress, address operational issues, and guarantee on-time delivery.
• Manage branch operations including warehouse functions and resource distribution.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Set operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for senior management review.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering specializing in HVAC or a closely related discipline.
• At least 10 years of practical experience in HVAC project management and contracting.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing engineering and technical teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of project contracts, risk management, and project execution methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is advantageous.
